ARTICLE 1: OBJECT

Despite all the care we take in the presentation of the products, the visual and content of the products can sometimes be modified for technical reasons, beyond the control of Hubs S. à r.l.. Consequently, you expressly release Hubs S .à r.l. from any liability as a result of these changes. The photographs and texts reproduced on the website are for information only and cannot have a contractual value. Hubs S. à r.l. cannot be held liable if an error occurs in one of these photographs or one of these texts. The characteristics and the list of products are therefore subject to change and adaptation at any time depending on the season. All orders are payable in euros. The options offered, depending on the country, are: - secure payment on the Internet using VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards - bank transfer to the account of Hubs S. à r.l. You guarantee to Hubs S. à r.l. that you have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen, when validating the order form. If you pay by bank transfer, please choose the “shared costs” option (also called SHA for “shared”). Your order will be executed upon receipt of the exact amount invoiced. The bank account number on which to make the transfer appears in the order confirmation mail which is sent when the order is placed. You can also find the bank account data in "My account" / "My last three orders" by clicking on your order. The provisions relating to the fraudulent use of payment by card in the agreements concluded between you and the issuer of the card and between Hubs S. à r.l. and its banking establishment, apply. In order to reinforce the security of transactions, you may be asked to present the bank card used for payment of the order accompanied by an identity document, when the order is delivered.

ARTICLE 5 - SECURE PAYMENT

CETREL verifies the validity of your card and informs you of the acceptance or refusal of the transaction. If accepted, the order is validated. In the event of a refusal (card refused, card data entry error, etc.), the system takes you back to the order page. This gives you the option of choosing another payment method or trying again with the same card. Any doubtful order due to the products ordered, the geographical origin etc. will be subject to a specific procedure to avoid any risk of fraudulent use of bank cards or any other type of fraud Hubs S. à r.l. reserves the right to cancel any order from an Internet user with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

The minimum order amount is set at €20 (excluding delivery costs) regardless of the delivery zone. *excluding maintenance: Hubs S. à r.l. may interrupt the service of the site www.lechatbiotte.lu for maintenance purposes. Except in an emergency, these interruptions must take place at the times of the day that are least detrimental to traffic from Europe. Electronic signature: Your "click" on the order form constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.

ARTICLE 7 - DELIVERY

Delivery is made by the delivery person to the address indicated by the customer at the time of his order. In the event that the address entered is inaccurate causing a delay or non-delivery, neither the delivery company nor Hubs S. à r.l. can be held responsible. Consequently, a non-delivery cannot give rise to the benefit of the buyer to:

Hubs S. à r.l. cannot be held responsible for the delay or non-delivery of the order if access to the premises is impossible for the deliverer (barrier, closed door, etc.). In case of absence of the customer, the order will be canceled and the amount of the order cannot be the subject of any compensation or refund. Cardboard packaging will be charged €5 to the customer during his first subscription. They are only payable once. With each delivery, the customer returns his previous box in a state of reuse. From two successive omissions of empty boxes to be given to the deliverer, an additional amount of €2.50 on the basic participation costs will be requested.

ARTICLE 9 - LIABILITY & FORCE MAJEURE

The products offered comply with the Luxembourg legislation in force and with the standards applicable in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Hubs S. à r.l. cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is up to you to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products you plan to order. The images, texts, graphics, information and characteristics illustrating the products presented are not contractual and are given purely as an indication to help you in your choice. Consequently, Hubs S. à r.l. cannot be held liable in the event of an error or omission in said images, texts, graphics, information and characteristics. Hubs S. à r.l. cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance of the sales contract due to a shortage of stock or unavailability of the product from its suppliers, a case of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flooding, fire. ARTICLE 10 – WARRANTY

This contract is subject to Luxembourg law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Luxembourg will have jurisdiction.
